Forgotten registered email address

This will be the email address you entered when you first registered.

What do I need to do?

If you have forgotten your registered email address, you will need to call us on +44 (0)1892 503 856 * and we will check we have the correct email address for you on the system. We will need to ask you a couple of questions for data protection reasons.

Can I change my email address?

You can change your registered email address once you have logged in to Customer Online, by clicking on 'Personal information' and selecting 'Change your registered email address'.
